Clarity Street Realty located in Richmond Heights, MO is arming agents to soar in 2015. Clarity Street Realty Agents who have less than 1 year experience have been participating in an ongoing training called the Super Saturday Sessions.
Each of the 4 Sessions target a topic and drill down on what is needed to service their clients in an unparalleled way. Today 2 of those agents graduated having completed the entire program.
The program continues each month as new agents join the team, rotating topics until completion.
Topics include:
- Dialogs (What to say and how to say it effectively)
- Buyers (From initial contact to close, how to manage the buyer in an extraordinary way)
- Sellers Services (Not all Realtors are alike, this training focused on standing above the crowd in both skill AND integrity)
- Tool Box (How to use the tools of CSR to expand your business and provide clients with outstanding service).
The agents participating might be young in “years” in the business but have amassed an extraordinary amount of knowledge through training and dedication. Of the 11 participating 3 have already earned their first sale commission while still others have active clients and closings coming soon. It has been exciting to watch them grow.
